Robert Scigiel, attorney at law, Partner
Robert Scigiel is a graduate of Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno, where he received Mgr. title. Robert also studied at The Faculty of Economics of the Masaryk University. He is the member of the Czech Bar Association in Prague with the registration number 11741, and of the Slovak Bar Association in Bratislava with reg.no. 300112. Focused predominantly on the private law, e.g. the civic law, litigation, debt collection, company law, including foundation of legal entities, due dilligence, and the bussiness law. Several years of experience in the legal services. Robert speaks fluently english and german, and is focused on the clients from english speaking countries. He lectures on the workshops for foreign investors at the Donau Akademie Bratislava , a daughter company of the Donau University Krems, Austria. A regular contributor to Hospodářské noviny (Business Newspaper, ihned.cz) with comments on business and civil law issues of everyday life.
Petra Zapletalová, attorney at law, partner
Petra Zapletalová is a graduate of Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno and a graduate of Faculty of Philosophy at the Palacky University Olomouc in the subjects Philosophy and German language. Petra is the member of the Czech Bar Association with the registration number 11864 and a certified translator at the Regional Court in Brno for german language. Petra is focused on legal help for german speaking clients. She has passed a study workshop at the Law faculty of Vienna University, Austria with focus on civil law codifications in the Central Europe. In cooperation with Mr. Scigiel she lectures at workshops on Donau Akademie Bratislava.
